1978 Gibson SG Standard with Rare White Finish, Mint condition The white has aged to a vintage cream color. Two Humbucking pickups. This guitar is over 30 years old but it looks nearly new! There is no playing wear on the face of the guitar and no fret wear. There are just a very few dings here and there, some very minor finish checking in only a few spots throughout the guitar and on the back there are signs of contact with a belt buckle and maybe a guitar stand when you hold the guitar in the light. There is one very narrow area on the bottom back edge where the finish is worn possibly from setting the guitar on the floor or maybe a guitar stand. This is shown in the last photo.
The serial number is -.71428013. The neck is medium width, not real narrow like some 60's SGs The frets are large
Comes with original plush-lined hard shell case in excellent condition except the handle is taped up so maybe it is broken or cracked..
