 1986 Gibson Les Paul SG Custom 62' Reissue

This just came in on trade and is a smokin axe.  Condition is players grade, the guitar has been played regularly and shows a few signs of wear in the finish.  There is an area on the bottom back of the guitar right under the control panel where the finish is scuffed through, there is also the faintest crazing from a belt buckle or pant button on the back.  There is a small area on the front of the guitar where your arm would rest where the finish is patinated, you can only see it from certain angles but it looks really cool.  The only other thing to mention is on the back of the neck, the finish looks whiter than on the rest of the guitar because the finish patination has rubbed off.  This guitar looks/feels old, after all it is 24 years old.  It's a super dried out piece of wood, light weight and very resonant.  The frets are in surprisingly primo condition with very little wear and only the slightest sign of pitting so it was probably not played by an aggressive player.  The pickups are hot as a firecracker and there are no issues with the electronics. I have cleaned the pots and set the guitar up and it's a flawless performer.  The tuners are the only non original component and they have been replaced with gold shaller tuning pegs that have the same foot print as the original tuners.
