This is a basically brand new USA SG Standard.
I bought it a few months ago and never got around to playing it. I HAD to buy it because the store was nuts that day and everything was half off of the usual out the door price, not the fake half off of the MSRP or suggested price. I also bought 2 synthesizers that day.
Anyhoo, the plastic is still on the pickguard, and you get all the papers that came with it and the original hard Gibson case.
The strings are still original, I didn't even plug it in after I left the store, I was giddy with bargain shopping!
I know that you know that they know that this is the GOOD GIBSON SG, not the faded one or the model with no case and no chrome covers on the pickups. This is a perfect guitar, I want to auction it off but instead I'm only going to pick a ridiculously low Buy It Now price, and get the deal over with. I'm not a store, the money is not the issue, so this HAS to be the best deal for an SG!
