Gibson SG Guitars

Late 1965 Gibson SG Junior. Thin neck. ALL ORIGINAL!!!! Marked as a factory second. This guitar has LOTS of scratches, dents and dings, ect... All of the hardware: screws, bridge, tuners etc... has some degree of rust and tarnish. The finish is faded and checked. I gently cleaned it up a bit but do not want to go too far. It could use a complete professional cleaning. The well worn pickguard has several cracks at the screws with one tip broken.  The maestro vibrato arm is loose and will need to be reinstalled. The neck is straight with no breaks or repairs. I have tried to show all of this in the pics. The condition shows every bit of 45 years.

With that being said, THIS OLD AX WAILS!!!! The frets are in great condition, action is low and the electronics are excellent. No scratchy pots or noise. Great sustain with that old Gibson MOJO! The single P90 provides a wide range of tones. From rock to blues to great jazz sounds, you won't be disappointed. I sat down and played it for a couple of hours and really loved it. Sounded killer through my vintage fender. Great feel! Couldn't put it down. I hate to sell it but I need the cash. This sweet gem would make a great addition to your collection. All in all, a great vintage Gibson.
