For sale we have a Vintage Gibson Standard SG.

The exact year is a bit of mystery ....the person we acquired this guitar from states that it is a 1974 (as stated from the shop where he purchased it from...)

But......the serial number on the back of the headstock seems to indicate that it is a 1963....you can click on the link below to go to the Gibson PDF dating document....please bid accordingly.

Guitar has some scratches etc, but is in very good condition for it's vintage.

This guitar was recently completely serviced by one our technicians. It appears to be all original.

Some of the service details include: touch up of dings (4-6 coats), buff entire guitar, Remove pickups/controls and rewire, buff pickups, adjust neck, dress frets, clean control pots and jack, adjust intonation etc....paperwork included that shows complete list of work.

Frets are beautifully dressed and the neck feels fast and smooth. Overall a really nice Vintage Gibson SG Standard.

Comes with original Gibson hardcase.

Items Shipped to a New York State Address:

Vintage Items: All items with the term 'Vintage' in the title are sold 'As Is'. We take the utmost care in packing all of our items for shipment but, even slight jarring can effect vacuum tubes and circuits in these units.

Please note that in some some cases Priority Mail shipping can take as long as 6 weeks from the day your parcel is shipped. All customs fees and taxes are the buyers responsibility.
