Gibson SG Special guitar with crescent moon inlays
Here is
a great sounding, rare guitar that looks as good as it plays! A 2002 Gibson SG Special
with the discontinued and hard to find ebony fretboard with crescent moon inlays. The body and
neck has a very thin, faded red finish and is in a very hard to find, near mint condition. There is one small ding on the lower bout of the guitar, near the lower tone control. There are a few other very tiny dents around the guitar but I had to examine it very closely under a bright light to find them. There is no buckle rash and the neck is perfect, no dings or rubs on the back of the neck, no visible fret wear. It's very impressive. This guitar sounds awesome, has a nice resonant body with good sustain, and is extremely
light weight (6 lbs, 9 oz!). Very easy to play and the 490R/490T pickups go from a smooth
but clean sound to a very heavy growl depending upon the gain settings on your amplifier.
It's all stock Gibson. There are only a few very small scuffs on the guitar but it looks
nearly new as you can see from the photos. Buy it now for $795.00 and get it shipped in a brand new hard shell case!
