Gibson SG Guitars

For sale-1998 Gibson SG Special. This not a faded version. It has a nice white gloss and is starting to yellow a bit with age. A bit of a rare color, you don't see them every day.

Beautiful condition with upgraded grover tuners. The orginal pickups have covers slipped on but are not soldered.
Mahagany body with an ebony neck. Guitar has no breaks or cracks. There are a couple of small dents around the 3rd fret on the back of the neck and a scrape on the back of the lower horn. There is also a chip out of the paint by the back strap button. Also there is a small washer I attached under the back strap pin where a previous owner had broken the screw and instead of using a vice grip and removing the remainder of the screw as I did, he just sank another screw next to it. Idiot. Anyway the washer covers the edge of the hole where this genius put the new hole.
The guitar plays really great, has low action and even though I am not normally a big fan of the 490 pickups, this one sounds great and I never changed them which I tend to do. May be the covers smoothed the tone down a bit.
Comes with a brown gibson hardshell case with pink interior with all working latches and lock.
I have tried to include everything about this guitar so there are no surprises.
Comes from a smoke free home so no stinky cases.
